Job Purpose:
- Responsible for implementing maintenance work orders of photocopiers through customers visits according to fixed appointments, do all maintenance operation during estimated response time, in required quality and suitable cost achieving customers satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive reports on telephone, email to work on and complete it.
- Test equipment and used tools in copiers maintenance to ensure its efficiency and validity to be used.
- Examine, identify break down of photocopiers to ensure repair accuracy and its working efficiency.
- Select required spare parts needed for machines maintenance for installation and test machines after repair to ensure its quality.
- Program photocopiers on network and activate all its operations to avoid disruption work for customers.
- Collect cash from customers in exchange for copiers maintenance or installing spare parts, delivering them an invoice to prove cost of maintenance and supplying the collected amounts to the treasury.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field1-2 years of experience in related field.Intermediate command in spoken and written English.Proficient with MS Office - Rippon programs.Have strong communication and inter-personal skills.Have excellent customer awareness.
