  •  Answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors are all part of being the friendly face of the office.
  •  coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  •  Provide general administrative support to all departments, including data entry, report preparation, and other assigned projects.
  •  Collecting cash or checks or receiving company forms and papers from different entities
  •  Delivering cash, checks or documents to different entities
  •  Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely reordering when necessary.
  •  Completing company’s papers with coordination with legal affairs and administration manager
  •  Working as Front office and office admin in October branch
  •  Coordinating to bring samples to and from warehouse and from other companies according to engineers’ requests
  •  Working as a driver when it’s needed by the company or in business needs in case of shortage of drivers
  •  going with engineers in exhibitions when it’s needed
     

Bachelor’s degree of Commerce is preferred.Minimum 2 years’ experience as an office admin, office assistant, or similar role.October or nearby October residency is a must.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must (privet license).Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.Ability to work with a team and being an effective team memberPositive attitude, with a focus on problem-solving and initiative.
