At 2021, the Keholding Group decided to expand into the tourism sector by launching its first brand of boutique hotels and hotel apartments Livingville, with a capital exceeding one million dollars.

Today, after only 12 months, Livingville includes under its management more than 25 hotel units at Fifth Settlement, Cairo, through its two branches (Nine Aparthotel and The Two Fifty), and with an expansion plan that aspires to replicate the same two experiences in the Gulf markets in the cities of:

-Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Al Khiran, State of Kuwait.

Job Title: Property & Front desk manager 

• Follow up reservations and communicate with guests through various reservation channels.
• Front desk operations, includes checking-in/out & pos cashing operations
• Supervising hotel units with the cleaning team and ensuring that they are completed in the appropriate standards.
• Follow up on future reservations.
• Follow up the quantities of laundry rooms and F&B and Process orders in cooperation with the purchasing manager
• Guiding visitors to the nearest services and shopping destinations.
