- Responds to and follows up on all the updates from the drivers, dispatchers and management
- Handles On the Road repairs by promptly contacting mechanics and repair shops
- Reports incidents, e.g., accidents, to Senior Management
- Stops drivers from driving after 10 PM EST during the summer and 8 PM EST during the winter
- Submits a daily report
