-Education and major: College degree or above.-Language ability: can use English for daily communication.-Professional skills: Be able to read circuit diagrams, use multimeter and microscope skillfully, and master office software ( such as excel and PPT ).-Work experience: mobile phone manufacturing process improvement related workers are preferred.-General ability: strong data analysis ability, communication, coordination and promotion ability.-Personality traits: a sense of team honor, a desire to win, good at promoting and influencing others.
