Division:<br/><br/>CHR Primary Objective: To provide comprehensive HR support across various Divisions within our local affiliate, which includes but not limited to onboarding, payroll, HR benefit administration, performance management, policy enforcement and compliance with labor law. In addition, it acts as a bridge between employees and management in addressing any employee issues or concerns that may arise.<br/><br/>Core Job Responsibilities:<br/><br/>Managing the end-to-end process of onboarding, which includes communication with new hires, conducting Corporate and HR Induction, benefit administration, payroll, and medical insurance enrollment.<br/><br/>Ensure the administration of HR Services such as Payroll, Employee Benefits, Service Awards, Medical and Life Insurance and Annual Leave.<br/><br/>Partner with HR Practice Center in addressing business needs related but not limited to compensation and benefit, talent acquisition, talent development, HR<br/><br/>communication…etc.<br/><br/>Support Talent and Organization Team on the training program rollouts.<br/><br/>Maintain employee e-files, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all documentation.<br/><br/>Oversee the Wellbeing and Mental Wellenses Program utilization.<br/><br/>Support on various ER related cases which includes employee-employer relationship, handling complaints, grievances, violations, investigations, and performance concerns.<br/><br/>Support on the creation and revision of HR Policies, Employee Handbook and Standard Operating Procedures.<br/><br/>Support in the execution of HR engagement events.<br/><br/>Managing the end-to-end process of offboarding, which includes communication with leavers, conducting exit interview (if applicable), initiation of End of Service Calculation. In addition to coordinating with the Administration Team on removal from Governmental Platforms.<br/><br/>Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration or any equivalent degree. Good level of knowledge relating to the Saudi Labor Laws Proficiency in Arabic and English languages Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in the healthcare or FMCG industry.
