Understanding the requirements and stages of long-term human resource planning.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with management and current and new employees at different levels
• Possessing leadership skills and instilling confidence and commitment in the team.
• Conflict resolution and mediation skills to defuse disagreements to maintain a positive work environment.
Mastery of organizational skills such as planning, management, monitoring and fair evaluation of performance
• Familiarity and understanding of labor laws, regulations and contracts
Ability to critically analyze and think strategically to identify problems and effective solutions.
•Mastery of computer skills and technical tools used in managing employees in the company.
•Comprehensive understanding of the Ministry of Human Resources’ platforms and services and the ability to use them to save time and effort.
•Readiness to continuously learn and follow modern developments in the field of human resources management and their application at work.
•Honesty and preserving employees’ secrets and privacy.
