- You will provide customer support to our B2B SaaS software users, through tickets, WhatsApp, phone, and sometimes offline meetings.
- You will onboard new clients, and help their teams implement software.
- You must be available daily from 12 PM to 8 PM (online), 6 days/week.
Number 1 requirement: you must know how to professionally handle user inquiries and questions.English efficiency is a huge plus.Technical background is also a huge plus.
