  • Monitor daily sales activities across branches.
  • Ensure product availability and manage inventory discrepancies at branches.
  • Coordinate new store openings within the region.
  • Prepare regular reports and contribute to sales team efficiency improvements.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and define responsibilities for branch managers.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and execution.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to branches.

3-5 years of experience as a regional sales manager in fashion retail.Ability to manage a large number of subordinates effectively.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Preferably previous experience in the Saudi market.Up to 38 years of age, with experience in startup environments preferred.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Valid driving license.Willingness to travel within the Gulf region or relocate.
