- Manage and develop Performance appraisal system
- Address employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations).
- Manage the HR Operations process at factory and maintain & Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Manage the talent acquisition process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting the best fit for each position.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training and development needs and design appropriate programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role.Very Good knowledge of labor law.Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems.Experience designing compensation and benefits packages.Ability to develop clear and fair company policies.Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.Team management skills.BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.HR Diploma is a plus.
