2) Planning, organizing, directing and controlling production employees and workers and fully supervising the inputs and outputs of the production process.
3) Preparing initiative plans and operations that reduce manufacturing costs and contribute to achieving the company’s interests.
4) Develop daily plans for the items to be produced according to the company’s plan.
5) Supervising the application of quality standards and procedures in force in the company and documenting production processes in cooperation with the relevant departments.
6) Determine needs for raw materials and prepare orders for production process inputs in cooperation with the relevant departments, and submit them to the Purchasing Department.
7) Determine the needs of human resources necessary to work in the production department and participate in selecting workers in the department.
8) Ensure that occupational health and safety standards are applied in the factory.
9) Follow up on maintenance work in the production hall by specialists and submit reports regarding maintenance or replacement of invalid equipment.
10) Evaluate the progress of production processes and make the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost.
11) Contributing to the continuous improvement and development of the product in cooperation with the relevant departments to ensure the achievement of the company’s goals and interests.
12) Submitting reports on everything related to the progress of the production process, achievements, failures and reasons.
13) Effective use of manpower, equipment, facilities, and materials to achieve good returns.
14) Work to develop and implement the production plan with standard quantities and specifications and on specified dates.
15) Reducing the amount of spoilage during production operations, studying the causes in the event of deviations from standard rates, and proposing appropriate solutions for that.
16) Achieve production targets and schedules while ensuring product standards that will exceed customer expectations.
17) Working to use advanced technologies to serve the work and the product.
18) Work to improve the use of labor within the factory, and work to keep it stable in order to achieve the required return to achieve the company’s interests.
19) Work to constantly update equipment and devices to work to raise the factory’s production capacity, and develop advanced plans to increase production.
20) Technical and administrative supervision of subordinates, following up on the evaluation of their performance and achievements, and reviewing proposals for training programs capable of raising the level of their knowledge and developing their capabilities.
