Recruitment and HR Coordinator / HR specialist in Dental Clinic with two branches

 Al Fawzy Dental is seeking a dedicated Recruitment and HR Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional patient care.

Working days:

6 days/ week with one off day 

Additional off day can be negotiated

Working hours: 

7 working hours, flexible shifts ( morning, mid day shifts and evening shifts).

Location:

Dokki with InSite visits to Fifth Installment branch. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts and onboarding new employees
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Support training and development initiatives
  • Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
  • Coordinate training sessions and seminars
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.

Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative positionKnowledge of human resources processes and best practicesStrong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)Experience with HR databases and system.In-depth understanding of sourcing tools, like resume databases and online communitiesFamiliarity with social media recruitingOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood organizational and time management skills.English language fluent.BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
