- Responsible for all site technical works (mechanical equipment, pumps, all pipelines, and steel works) according to approved drawings.
- Managing installation team to accomplish the required tasks with high quality, needed budget, and on time.
- Cooperate with other departments to Handover the projects to the client.
- Reviewing Installation Shop drawings and equipment drawings.
- Prepare the Project item list, M.T.O. list of installation accessories, consumables list, and tools list used in the site and update this list continuously.
- Prepare budget estimates for mechanical installation.
- Ensures Safety requirements.
- Negotiates with sub-contractors on the scope of work and financial deals.
- Follow-up sub-contractor installation works progress and preparing their invoices.
- Inspect the delivered/supplied material, equipment, and factory equipment are meet the specs and drawings.
- Ensure that the quantity and quality of supplied items meet the requirements, update the item list sheet, and follow missing items.
- Direction supervisors to provide administrative tasks for the installation team.
- Prepare site work progress, weekly reports, and project status on time.
Good Experience in mechanical installation works procedures.Good knowledge of the water treatment sector and Construction projects.Ability to check project drawings and prepare item lists and M.T.O. lists.Basic Management Skills.Awareness of Safety requirements.Ability to Self-education.Bachelor’s degree in mechanical power engineering.1-3 years of experience.
