Primary Function:
Organizing all marketing materials of all offline events, monitor and optimize budget efficiency for event/offline activations. Collect and analyze performance of every activity and make actionable recommendations for both and long-term perspectives. Responsible for the assigned Host-Country's marketing communications activities with the goal of establishing and improving its competitive positioning in the market to support sales lead generation.
Key Performance Areas:
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
- Manage offline marketing activities (Events, Exhibitions, Activations, News Papers, Magazines, Billboards, Radio, T.V, Printed materials...etc.).
- Managing and producing all offline artwork including amends through until completion.
- Allocate codes for all marketing materials ensuring accurate and timely set-up.
- Produce briefs for Printing and Production with all relevant information to ensure efficient processing of each stage of the print process.
- Brief the contact center on upcoming activity to optimize the customer experience of live promotions.
- Processing invoices from suppliers and communicate with the accounting team to finalize and settle invoices.
- Assist marketing managers in managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline tactics
- Assist and monitor the team with the management of agency relationships and performance.
- Support the rest of the marketing team in the collation and interpretation of campaign results and make recommendations for improvements.
- Review competitor activity including creation of guard files and produce reports for the team.
- Keep up to date on marketing innovations and opportunities and report these to the team.
- Playing a roll of Project manage marketing campaigns in Direct Mail and other growth channels: developing strategy, planning, execution, budgeting, and analysis
- Coordinate with the Brand Team on creative assets (approval of design, copy and landing pages)
- Experience in handling Suppliers and advertising agencies.
- Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis
- Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.). Reporting:
- Create monthly targeting files.
- Measuring and reporting performance of all offline campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Create and maintain new automations to support more efficient processes across the department.
Core Competency Framework:KnowledgeBS in Communications, Marketing, Business, or similar relevant field.In-depth knowledge of traditional, field marketing, trade marketing and market research methodsApplicable knowledge in marketing data analytics and tools Experience2-4years in growth marketing, print media or project management, ideally in a fast-moving technology company or similar, almost 2 years of experience in Offline, trade, field marketing activities.Experience with Events, Exhibitions, printed materials, activations organization, conducting on ground researchHands-on experience with marketing software, working effectively within Google suite is a plus.Good in Arabic and English (written and spoken), excellent communication and presentation skills.
