  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Strong general administration skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in providing administrative assistance and support
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the mining or related industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree
  • SAP User is preferred
