- Design Materials tables for Molds and Equipment.
- Draw Details for Molds and Equipment.
- Responsible for designing engineering changes on existing molds
- Support customer’s needs in design and engineering
- Maintain a high level of mold design standards
- Creating 2D mold layout assembly drawings and bill of materials
- Generating 3D electrodes, along with 2D detail drawings and burn sheets for EDM
- Ordering mold bases and standard components
- Carrying out quality assurance tests on new designs
- Developing prototypes and testing new designs
Bachelor's degree in Design and Production engineering.Knowledge of Wire EDM and/or CNC machining technologies.CAD/CAM expert and Very Proficient 3D Solid Works mold design package or others ( CATIA, NX , …etc.).Work in a team environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under stress.Proficiency in MS Office.Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Strong leadership abilities.Good in English Spoken and writtenExperience in the design and manufacture of molds.Proficient in the use of engineering design softwareHave a background in the operation of CNC machines.
