German Customer Support Representative

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated German Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our German-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

 


Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on satisfaction.- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is a plus.- Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.Qualifications and Language Proficiency:B1+ Level:- **Proficiency:** Intermediate German proficiency, capable of handling most routine interactions and understanding detailed information in familiar contexts.- Communication:Able to understand and respond to standard customer inquiries. Requires occasional support for more complex issues.- Problem Solving: Can handle straightforward problems and knows when to escalate more complicated cases.B2 Level:- **Proficiency:** Upper-intermediate German proficiency, with the ability to discuss a wide range of topics and understand more complex texts.- **Communication:** Confident in communicating with customers, providing clear and concise information, and understanding detailed customer concerns.- **Problem Solving:** Able to manage most customer issues independently and efficiently, with only occasional need for escalation.C1 Level:- **Proficiency:** Advanced German proficiency, near-native understanding, capable of handling nuanced conversations and complex documents.- **Communication:** Excellent communication skills, able to convey information clearly and persuasively.
