Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Guest Relations specialist with AnQa Khan. He will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to hotel operations (check in - online interactions with guests, house keeping quality audits etc.) This role is located in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for online work half of the time (offline presence is mandatory for each check in)

 

The job is very casual; meeting new people and being a friend to the guests. We’re looking for someone that will make an awesome first impression on our guests.

A guest experience associate is responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive and satisfying stay at their accommodation. They are often the first point of contact for guests, greeting them, checking them in and out, and answering their questions. They also handle bookings, cancellations, payments, and special requests. Additionally, they communicate with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and security, to coordinate services and resolve issues. A guest experience associate may also collect and analyze feedback from guests, and use it to improve the quality of service and facilities.

Responsibilities- Assist our guests in person and via chat, phone, and email- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible- Assist customers in all inquiries in connection with services, facility hours of operations, directions, etc.- Support the operations on a day-to-day basis as needs arise through housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance and technology issues- Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of the apartments in responsibility.NB: Experience in Hospitality/tourism industry is a plus QualificationsFluent in English and Arabic (additional language is a plus)You love meeting and speaking with others.Experience working in hotels, restaurants, or other customer-facing hospitality services.Excellent problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
