- Greet customers, ask questions to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized jewelry recommendations
- Build relationships with customers to increase repeat business and loyalty
- Conduct sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about jewelry products, including features, benefits, and prices
- Stay up-to-date on current jewelry trends and fashion styles
- Assist with visual merchandising and display of jewelry products
- Participate in inventory management and stocking of jewelry products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and store environment
- Answer customer questions and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Meet sales targets and goals as set by management
- Participate in store events and promotions as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and sales data
Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. marketing, fashion) preferred1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the jewelry industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in sales transactionsAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
