- Prepare, format, and distribute sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain organized records and files for all sales activities and correspondence.
- Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
- Liaise with logistics and finance departments to handle order shipments and invoicing.
- Coordinate follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Assist in organizing customer appreciation events and other client relationship-building activities.
