Sales coordinator

  • Prepare, format, and distribute sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain organized records and files for all sales activities and correspondence.
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services.
  • Liaise with logistics and finance departments to handle order shipments and invoicing.
  • Coordinate follow-up communications with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assist in organizing customer appreciation events and other client relationship-building activities.

 


Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus;Good computer skills (MS Office)Proficiency in EnglishWell-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solvingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsA team player with high level of dedicationBSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
