- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components, including routers, switches, IP phones, wireless access points, and cabling included fiber at all SVC buildings.
- Test and troubleshoot network connectivity issues, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to optimize network performance.
- Monitor network performance metrics like bandwidth usage, uptime, and latency, proactively identifying potential problems.
- Respond to user-reported network problems, all SVC assets buildings, and SVC clients, providing timely and effective troubleshooting and resolution.
- Assist with setting up new devices on the network.
- Provide technical support to users through all available tools.
- Maintain user documentation and knowledge base articles to empower users with selfservice solutions.
- Assist with network upgrades and migrations, ensuring seamless transitions to new technologies.
- Document network configurations and procedures for future reference and troubleshooting purposes.
- Collaborate with network administrators and other IT professionals to resolve complex network issues
- Stay up-to-date on the latest network technologies by attending training courses and workshops. Essential Job Requirement
