 Job Description: 

We are Seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to manage all our Accounts & revolutionize our Marketing Channels through Tasks - that includes yet not limited to- :

• Creating & Posting compelling Content (Organic/Designs , Photos & Reels) for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, … to grow & engage with the audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales. (Ability to optimize content strategically to drive results) for all our accounts (The LaLa Land, The Sangha, The Yogenda & Ankholics)
• Presents brand/s Strategy for the company for approval within 1 month from hiring date
• Presents Monthly detailed Content plan for the company for approval on 10th of each month for following Month (this includes 15 posts for LaLa Land account, 4 posts for each other Seasonal account ). Number of posts will vary depending on Events Plan & Company priorities
• Fill Market intelligence sheet on weekly basis (Regarding Competition & up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies).
• Establishing relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Executing welcome gifts from our suppliers & Arrange it for Retreats/Events/Festivals as needed.
• Extra : Media Buying, Social Media Ads , SEO, Google analytics & Analyzing running campaigns (numbers with reports)
• Update Daily: tasks on Hubstaff and any other requested documents/tools/systems
• Presents Monthly Plan for priorities track & achievements in Monthly Business Reviews
