Responsibilities:
·Recording and reconciling customer payments, and ensuring that invoices are accurate and up-to-date
·Managing the AR ledger, and ensuring that customer accounts are accurate and up-to-date
·Resolving payment disputes and managing relationships with customers to ensure timely payment
·Collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to ensure that customer invoicing and payment processes are efficient and effective
·Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to AR management and accounting
·Performing regular analysis of AR aging reports, and identifying and following up on overdue payments
·Preparing regular reports and analysis to support decision-making related to AR management
·Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of AR management
·Providing support and guidance to the Finance team and other departments on AR-related matters.
Key Requirements:·Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field·Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in AR accounting or related role·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve payment disputes effectively·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels·Knowledge of accounting principles and practices related to AR management and accounting·Familiarity with accounting software and financial reporting systems·Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
