Responsibilities and Duties
• Direct and Indirect Procurement
o Supplier sourcing
o Supplier Evaluation
o Terms Negotiations
o Following up on supplier payments
• Logistics (Domestics and Foreign)
o Coordinate and contract suppliers regarding overseas shipments
o Coordinate and lead clearance activities for shipments
o Coordinate and contract suppliers regarding domestic shipments
Skills
Education
• Engineering background (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics)
• CPIM (Certified Planning and Inventory Management) certificate is a plus
• CSCM (Certified supply chain management) certificate is a plus
Experience
• Max 5 years of experience
• Good Excel (MS Office skills)
• Procurement Background is must
• Planning background is a plus
Skills and Abilities
1. Advanced Excel user is a must
2. English language proficiency is a must
3. Proven experience working on ERP systems
