Job Overview:

As a Production Manager in the glass industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process of glass products, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and managing a team of skilled workers. Responsibilities:

·        Establish and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that all glass products meet industry and customer specifications.

·        Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce waste through process optimization and the implementation of best practices.

·        Lead and motivate a team of production workers, including machine operators, technicians, and production supervisors, to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.

·        Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to create a safe working environment for employees and visitors.

·        Coordinate and oversee regular maintenance of production machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.
