Collection & Reconciliation Officer

An administrator is required to manage collections, contracting good experience in the field of contracting to join the company to follow up and implement the following:

  • Follow-up and implementation of bonds of arrest, restriction and financial disbursement in accordance with financial and administrative legislation
  • Provide the necessary financial information and use all collection tools such as alerts, telephone calls and visits. Maintain a broad database of debtors for the purpose of collecting, presenting and discussing the rights of the financial institution on a weekly basis
  • To carry out the collection of the company's receivables with the various parties, including procedures and internal and external reviews.
  • Follow up and carry out letters of guarantee (primary and final), renewals and extensions.
  • Follow-up on the recovery of the final letters of guarantee.
  • Follow up and submit financial claims to all bodies on a weekly basis.
  • Follow-up refund of cash guarantee with different banks, customers and entities.
  • Follow up all tenders and practices from the start of the new follow-up to the bodies and entities and their presentation to the Board of Directors and management of projects and purchase conditions and specifications and delivery to the technical office and follow up the date of submission until the presence of tenders.
  • Make a monthly report on what has been done and what is not done.
  • Follow up the issuance of contracts for projects and reviewed and presented to the Board of Directors until the signature and stamped by the parties and handed over to the management of documents
  • Carry out all the other external works required by the financial management needs in coordination with the collection agents.

University education - preferably Bachelor of Law or Bachelor of CommercePractical experience in contracting companies from 3-7 yearsGood knowledge of law contracts and tendersCommunication skills, impudence and good appearanceGood Knowledge of MS Office Word & Excel.Writing skills and good paper communicationWork flexibly and move between different levels of work responsibilitiesAbility to organize, arrange priorities and assume responsibilityThe age is not more than 35 yearsHas experience in dealing with governmental and non-governmental agenciesHas experience in dealing with the New Urban Communities AuthorityHas experience in dealing with the Armed Forces Engineering AuthorityHas experience in dealing with the Ministry of Interior Projects Agency
