1	Share in identifying goals and priorities, provide consulting for the development of implementation plans and suggest solutions regarding the problems of implementation.
2	Oversee the Carry-out tasks according to the technical specifications of the project and the timetable
3	Approve and deliver the requests of the required materials for the project operation (personnel / material / equipment) as well as the preliminary arrangements for the Carry-out tasks according to the timeframe to ensure the non-stop functioning
4	Set all the arrangements for sub-contractors to ensure the completion of assigned business
5	Manage and distribute business to work-site team (such as Site Engineers, Supervisors, etc…)
6	Coordinate between the execution team concerning the stages of implementation / machinery / equipment / materials and commitment not to exceed the accepted depreciation percentage for materials and submit concerning periodic reports
7	Oversee the optimum operation and maintenance of equipment in the site according to the policy of operating and maintenance
8	Ensure that the Carried-out tasks are matching with the technical specifications for the project quality and matching the company's standards for implementation.
9	Assess and solve any problems that may arise during the implementation within his specialization
10	Coordinate between the Site Engineers, the Technical Office and subcontractors during implementation and issuing the requests of information (RFI) for approval
11	Conduct regular inspections and evaluate the executing business by the subcontractors for approval
12	Approve the daily employment reports and distribute it to the agenda items.
13	Distinguish the material / equipment that are non-conforming test result of the contract documents and follow-up examination materials / Business
14	Follow up the Executing works according to the timeframe and the approved estimating budget according to the monthly reports and refer it to the manager to take corrective action if needed
15	Commit to the planned trainings and work on delivering the information to the team.
16	Commit to the action plan in terms of schedule and quality
17	Implement HSE policies and regulations
