Human Resources Specialist

Role Description:
Sulfah is a Fintech company that provides consumer financing services and is subject to the supervision and control of the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia. We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to<br/><br/>manage the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administer employee benefits<br/><br/>.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of HR operations, ensuring compliance with local KSA laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique requirements of the KSA market.
• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding sessions for new hires, providing them with essential information about company policies, procedures, and culture.
• Partner with department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Qualifications:
•<br/><br/>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•<br/><br/>Minimum of 3-4 years of HR experience.
• Fluent in<br/><br/>English<br/><br/>(Speaking-Writing).
•<br/><br/>Thorough understanding of KSA labor laws and regulations.
•<br/><br/>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•<br/><br/>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
•<br/><br/>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
•<br/><br/>Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite.
Location Working Hours:
•<br/><br/>Riyadh HQ Office
•<br/><br/>Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
