Job Description:
Premium Card is looking for a talented and analytical Digital Analytics Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be adept at interpreting and leveraging digital analytics across various platforms to drive data-driven marketing decisions. This role is essential for optimizing our digital presence and improving our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Platform Analytics:
- Monitor and analyze web analytics using tools such as Google Analytics and Firebase.
- Track and interpret engagement metrics on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
- Analyze website KPIs, including click-through rates, bounce rates, and average time spent on site.
2. Customer Journey Analysis:
- Map and analyze customer journeys to identify trends, drop-off points, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide actionable insights to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
3. SEO and Keyword Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Optimize website content and structure based on SEO best practices.
- Monitor keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. Campaign Performance Monitoring:
- Track and evaluate the performance of promoted campaigns across digital channels.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance metrics.
5. Data Reporting and Insights:
- Compile and present regular reports on all digital KPIs to key stakeholders.
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the data to inform strategic decisions.
- Provide strategic recommendations to improve overall digital marketing efforts.
Additional Duties:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging digital analytics tools and techniques.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in digital analytics or a related role. - Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase). - Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics. - Experience with SEO and keyword optimization techniques. - Ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communication and reporting skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Familiarity with data visualization tools is a plus. - Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant digital analytics certifications.
