In this role,you will be responsible for the overall coordination and governance of activities, covering procurement, contractual, ongoing projects management as well creating & presenting business updates. The job holder will be required to track different projects and activities being run across the STA Visitor Care team and present regular updates to internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for Determining business needs and draft detailed RFPs which outline the requirements and can allow for successful vendor engagement Managing on-going programs costs and ensure that all Visitor Care projects are run smoothly within the set budget<br/><br/>Ensuring due processes are followed and project outcomes are tracked and achieved in a timely manner Collating information, create aesthetically appealing and effective presentations including all project objectives, benefits, issues, risks, dependencies, and any changes in scope on regular basis Communicating with cross-functional teams, business unit managers, programme managers and external vendors to prepare regular business updates Planning and coordinating administrative activities for Visitor Care i.e. invoice approval, payment approval, business travel approval etc.<br/><br/>Working closely with the procurement department to ensure all contracts and contract terms are aligned with project plans and timelines.<br/><br/>Planning and organizing events/workshops with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure complete ownership of the events/workshops, ensure minutes of meeting are taken and any action points are effectively communicated to the relevant stakeholders You will need: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant Program Management Certifications (PMP, PMI, PMO, Agile)<br/><br/>At least 6 years of experience<br/><br/>We are a Saudi government entity that aims to hire & build top talent in the Tourism industry.
