- Promote and detail the company's pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identify their needs, and provide appropriate product information and support.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Conduct product presentations, organize seminars, and participate in medical conferences and events.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to develop strategies for increased market share.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence to the sales management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Vet, Science or any related field.A minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry is a MUST.A minimum of 1 year experience in Pediatrics and Gynecology is preferred).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices, is highly desirable.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
