1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
2. supervise, and evaluate quality control inspectors to ensure consistent and accurate inspection of products.
3. Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
4. Monitor and analyze product defects and customer complaints to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
5. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans.
6. Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and procurement, to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.
