AS a travel advisor at Egyptian Riviera Travel, you will be the voice of our travel partners, providing exceptional customer service to travelers around the world. You will be responsible for:
- Booking and managing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities
- Answering customer questions about travel destinations, visas, and other travel- related topics
- Resolving customer issues and complaints
- Providing recommendations and travel tips
- Building relationships with customer to ensure their satisfaction
Skills
- A passion for travel and a deep understanding of different travel destinations
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- The ability to word independently and as part of a team proficiency in travel booking systems and technology
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of experience in the same position
