As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Sales Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for project sales within the piping industry.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to provide technical support and solutions to clients.
5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential clients.
6. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to close sales and meet revenue targets.
7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
8. Coordinate with the project management team to ensure seamless execution of projects from sales handover to completion.
9. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to the management team.
10. Leveraged expertise in company CRM system to build successful sales pipelines, manage prospects and run reports. 

11. Worked with territory management to implement best practices for sales team recruitment, development and performance management.

12 - Analyzed sales metrics and KPIs to address underperforming areas.


 Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.2. Proven track record of success in project sales within the piping industry, with at least [insert number] years of relevant experience.3. Strong technical knowledge of piping systems, materials, and applications.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.5.
