Job Summary:

We are looking for a technically skilled Support Specialist to join our team who will be responsible for providing exceptional support to users of our web portals, ensuring they can efficiently utilize the platform. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support to users of our web portals, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist doctors with case submissions, navigating the portal, and tracking their cases.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to portals and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
  • Monitor user feedback and system performance, recommending improvements to enhance functionality and usability.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of portals features and updates, ensuring users receive accurate information.
  • Track and document all support interactions and resolutions on the ticketing system.

 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.2+ years of experience as a support specialist or in a similar role, preferably with experience in supporting web portals or applications.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Fluent in English.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality support and service.Experience with ticketing systems and support tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with Drupal (9/10) or CMS solutions.
