HR Analyst

- Collect and analyze HR data from various sources, including recruitment system, employee surveys, and other data sources
- Generate reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics and KPIs, such as turnover and retention reports, employee engagement and satisfaction, employees’ benefits, etc.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns and insights affecting strategic HR decisions
- Develop predictive models and forecasting techniques to anticipate future workforce needs and trends
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations and insights
- Participate in the design and implementation of HR initiatives and programs based on data analysis and best practices


- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or any other related field- 1-3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related field- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, python- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets- Strong understanding of Human Resources practices- ⁠Professional communication skills - ⁠Professional command of the English Language
