• Building a new customer base and expanding the current customer network.
• Presenting professional commercial offers and sharing technical information about products.
• Following up on sales stages and managing shipping and delivery operations.
• Developing a clear strategy for selling company products and setting sales targets with pre-planned plans.
• Identifying potential customers and reaching them through various methods to complete the sales plan.
• Providing detailed explanations of all company products and services and conducting personal and virtual interviews through all available means to encourage customers to complete the sale.
• Addressing customer issues and assisting in resolving them, transferring complaints and suggestions to company management.
• Constant collaboration with the team to fulfill customer requirements for the required product.
• Maintaining relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service.
 


Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar roleExperience in a sales position is a plusAbility to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learningHands-on experience with e-learning platformsExcellent organizational skillsSolid communication and presentation abilitiesBSc degree in Education, Human Resources or relevant fieldAdditional certification in training is a plus
