Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs & determine selection criteria.
• Source potential candidates through different channels.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks.
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Extend job offers and manage the on boarding process.
• Lead employer branding initiatives.
• Perform the Talent Review. 
• Prepare the required regular reports.
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest talent acquisition and training trends.


 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition .Proven track record of success in sourcing, recruiting, and on boarding top talent.Experience in developing and delivering training programs.Strong understanding of learning and development principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.fluent in English language skillsPrefer industrial experience.
