This role consists of a broad range of GAAP accounting assignments. Accounts Receivables, Reconciliation, Financial reporting, drafting reports, ability to learn additional industry specific software, bookkeeping using Quickbooks online.
Must possess the following:
English speaking skills
Excellent QuickBooks skills
Ability to work independently and remote
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multitask.
This position would require candidates to work Monday-Friday with business hours based on Eastern Standard Time.
The majority of work will consist of bookkeeping and assisting our accounting team in all things accounting. To include, running payroll, AR/AP tasks, generating reports, participating in accounting meetings, and any additional tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.
