- Collect, document, and analyze all manufacturing 5S implementation and KPI results to report any shortcomings or gaps in performance, recommend countermeasures, and follow up with the KPI owner on required action plan, timeline, and its implementation to close the points in concern.
- Lead all morale trainings (5S system, lean for more, and Kaizen), develop and maintain Kaizen rating matrix, filter and evaluate the Kaizen submitted ideas to nominate winning ones.
- Monitor the fulfilment of the annual Kaizen saving objective: track winning ideas’ actual savings against the claimed impact, and document and report the contribution margin of each department.
- Consolidate and control all departments and projects budget: assign cost centers, approve PRs, analyze company expenditures, update master dashboard, and regularly report to top management.
- Consolidate all departments budget, assign applicable cost centers, control budget spending's through approving issued PRs.
- Analyze all budget spending's and maintain updated dashboard for top management regular reports
- Investigate and report the manufacturing downtime internally to the concerned shop head and externally to the customer to mitigate the contractual financial penalties.
- Validate the conducted time studies for each station to align it with the rest of the production line and maintain a balanced line.

- BSC of Mechanical / Production / Automotive / industrial Engineering.- 2-5 years of Experience in similar position with Automotive background.- Basics of QC / Lean manufacturing.- Problem Solving , Conflict Management , analytical skills.- Hands - On experience with Process Design, Drawing (CAD-Inventor), Eng. Change & line balance. - Very Good command of English (written & Spoken).
