- Oversee and direct Electromechanical construction projects from conception to completion
- Maintain the project Coast , quality ,schedule deliverables match to project boundary
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations and the work progress on daily basis
- Coordinate and direct construction between several department
- Monitor Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
- Review and providing Mechanical /Electrical engineering design,
- Prepare internal and external ( SPI , CPI , Progress, Evaluation ,material , contractor allocation, histogram ,exist plan ….etc. reports
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
- Preparing client & subcontractor Invoices/ VOs.
- Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction technique
All BS degree in Electrical / Mechanical engineering graduations are most welcome to apply.10-13 years of work experience in Construction fieldGood command of MS office, AutoCAD & Revit .Good command of the English Language
