The Fleet Compliance Specialist is one of the most impactful roles at InstaShop and we take great pride in the quality of team members that hold this role. The Fleet Compliance Specialist will work collaboratively to structure and expand the department in different arrays by analyzing skill gaps and filling the gaps by implementing training programs, reporting processes, and aligning metrics for the riders
Primary responsibilities
- Ensure rider compliance in the fleet are maintained as per InstaShop’s standards
- Conduct quality check on the riders in a timely manner within a predefined period
- Explore avenues where compliance standards can be improved by looking at and building on various market practices
- Ensure pre-deployment process is perfect by providing the rider with our branded gear and assets
- Coordinate with marketing vendors on fleet branding activities
- Maintain the asset tracker as part of inventory management and coordinate riders to replace aging gear
- To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order to provide feedback on how to improve the service
