  • Achieving the customers’ visit targets according to the plan desired.
  • Achieving sales targets assigned with keeping a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Increase the customer base by making regular acquisition/registration of new customers.
  • Responsible for achieving the customer satisfaction level assigned and solve any problems related.
  • Observes closely the customer base, the daily sales as well as the margins of the products and produce action plans to succeed in sales and profit maximization.
  • Keeps customers informed on any offers and forwarding action taken.
  • Coordinate with Gahez follow-up team.
  • Observe competition, suggest an action plan and prepares weekly and monthly reports which are then forward to the direct commercial supervisor (DCS)
  • Analysis of customer data and make sure that monthly reports reach the DCS

University degree.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to anticipate and accept new demand & challenges and to work constructively under stressAbility to think in terms of cost and benefits & take risks.Excellent leadership skills with positive vision to lead.Strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills.Strong interest to learn about new culture.
