We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Healthcare Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Ciro!
In this dynamic role, you will play a key part in expanding our presence within the Egyptian healthcare market. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at ophthalmology practices and potentially other relevant healthcare facilities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and target potential healthcare partners, including ophthalmologists and other eye care professionals.
- Conduct in-person visits to establish rapport and present our company's offerings.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements that drive patient referrals to our eyewear store.
- Educate healthcare professionals on our products and services, highlighting the value proposition for their patients.
- Identify and develop relationships with companies in Egypt to arrange employee wellness programs that include vision benefits at our store.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership development and patient acquisition.
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare industry.Proven track record of building strong relationships and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to build trust with medical professionals.Strong understanding of the Egyptian healthcare system, particularly the ophthalmic market.Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential.A valid Egyptian driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
