4. *Marketing and Promotion:*
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available retail spaces.
- Create marketing materials and presentations for prospective tenants.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance property visibility.
5. *Administrative Duties:*
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and other leasing activities.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to leasing.
- Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant issues and property needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.-strong connections with leasing departments in the big retail malls-strong connections with brokers in the best locations- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail leasing or commercial real estate.- Strong negotiation and communication skills.- Knowledge of local retail markets and trends.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
