Job Summary: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch in CAIRO. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of branch performance, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical distribution, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the branch team to achieve business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed branch targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and improve customer service processes and practices.

Operations & Inventory Management:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
  • Coordinate with the central warehouse and suppliers for timely replenishment.

Financial Management:

  • Prepare and manage the branch budget.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.

Compliance & Safety:

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain standards.

 


Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical distribution, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage branch operations effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.Knowledge of local regulatory requirements and industry standards.
