- Attend progress meeting or planning workshop with the consultant / the client upon required
- Issue Construction plan for projects
- Review all area procurement plan
- Support, initiate & review the Baseline for project, recovery schedule & Delay analysis “EOT”
- Review the weekly and monthly internal reports for area.
- Review monthly look-ahead targets for projects
- Collect & review data from area planning team.
- Issue global targets report for area
- Follow up the performance of the projects & performance of area planning team.
- Attend all meetings for the area upon request
- Explain & Negotiation monthly target, monthly look ahead & follow up this monthly plan VP operation.
- Inform the VP operation with any obstacle that may cause delays to the projects.
- Support & communicate with planning area team regarding the required work.
- Reporting the centralized planning department with project status
- Cover any shortage in area planning team
- Review his/her tasks with the line manager
Bsc in any Engineering majorExperience not less than 12 years in the same role in construction companies.
