- Plan, organize, and execute on-ground activations and events that align with the New Era Education and Uppingham Cairo marketing strategies.
- Develop event concepts and themes that effectively communicate the brand message.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Oversee the logistical aspects of events including site selection, setup, and breakdown.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels.
- Track and analyze event performance and provide post-event reports.
- Ensure all events comply with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Bachelor's degree in business with a marketing major, or any relevant field.A minimum of 5 years of experience in events management.Experience with agencies is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.Previous experience in educational institutions is a plus.
