As a Trainee Lawyer in our corporate law department, you will be provided with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your legal skills in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Under the guidance of senior lawyers, you will assist in various aspects of corporate law, including establishing companies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and contract drafting and review.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various corporate law matters.
- Support senior lawyers in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and drafting of transaction documents.
- Participate in client meetings and provide support in advising clients on corporate law issues.
- Assist in the formation and structuring of business entities, including drafting and filing of necessary documents.
- Help ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including corporate governance requirements.
- Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior lawyers and partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited law school (English Section); additional certifications or advanced degrees in corporate law will be an advantage.Registered with the Egyptian Bar Association.Strong academic background with a focus on corporate law.Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
