  • Oversee daily office operations.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure office equipment is maintained and serviced.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
  • Process invoices, manage petty cash, and handle basic accounting tasks.
  • Implement office policies and procedures.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and organized office environment.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office facilities and manage relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Ensure office technology is up-to-date and functioning properly.
  • Coordinate with IT support for troubleshooting and system updates.

Males Only.At least (5) years of experience.At least (2) years of experience in a managerial position.Knowledge of Office Administrator responsibilities, systems, and proceduresLeadership.Excellent communication skills. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with the ability to suggest improvements.Familiar with Google Products.
